This match up should be a stand off, the eagle would (try to) warp out if the diemos gets below optimal, while the diemos wouldnt engage if it didnt fancy its chances to get to optimal. up close Diemos > Eagle at range Eagle > Diemos

6 800 repeaters, 2 cruise launchers or Nosf MWD, Tracking Mod, Cap Rechargers 1 L repearer, 3 hardners, 2 proj dmg mods the low slots can be altered to taste, some prefere more cap recharge, another hardner, anotehr repairer, etc

to alot of ppl it IS broke. when the lock time changes were implemented, we were told that it was a temporary thing until the turret changes had taken effect. These have now happened (in some cases too much) so the lock times should now be retur...
